The multi coolant baffle is what works in conjunction with or along side a diffusion pump; the multi coolant baffle can be the main or the second baffle. The baffle's job is to condense vapours which are produced from the operating system and ultimately to make sure that the highest possible vacuum is achieved.On some older systems, when in need for replacement components, it is hard to find parts original or not.
